 Getting There

Murcia (San Javier) airport is just a short 5 to 10 mins drive from the apartment and is well served by a number of low cost airlines from the UK

 

There are also a number of airlines with services from other European cities – please see local airlines for details.

Alternatively Alicante airport is approx 50 minutes drive away and is also well served from the UK and Europe.

Car Hire is recommended to ensure that you gain the most from your stay. A number of car hire companies have offices at the airport and there are several others located within a couple of minute’s drive of the airport - these co will collect and drop you off at the airport.

For those not hiring a car, airport collections can be arranged at an additional cost of €15 each way (4 passengers).

TIPS FOR BOOKING YOUR FLIGHTS:

  • A tip to find an airline flies from your favoured airport Murcia: Click on the airline website and select Murcia as your departure (from) airport. Then click on the arrival (to) airport and the drop down list will show the UK airports from which you can fly to Murcia. However remember to reverse the departure airport to the UK airport when booking your flights.
  •  The earlier you book generally the cheaper the flight is Peak times – school holidays and weekends tend to be more expensive.
